At PT. Global Printhead Hub, we are committed to ensuring that every order is delivered quickly, safely, and reliably to your destination.
Order Processing
All orders are carefully processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is verified, our team will immediately prepare your items for shipment.
Shipping Methods
We cooperate with trusted international courier services, including:

- FedEx

- EMS
This allows us to provide fast and secure worldwide delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Domestic (Indonesia): 1–5 business days
- International: 3–10 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Packaging
All products are packed with high-quality protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Sensitive components such as printheads are handled with extra care to prevent damage during transit.
Customs & Duties
For international shipments, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide all necessary documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the item
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or installed products
- Damaged items caused by misuse or improper handling
- Special order or customized products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos or video evidence
- Order details
We will review the case and offer a replacement or appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

- Provide order details and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
